Lew Poe

Hello, I am the lead pastor of Wildwood Baptist. I began my ministry journey right here at Wildwood in 1995 as a volunteer. I started as the youth pastor in 1999 and became the lead pastor in 2019.  My journey is unique, as Wildwood is the only church home I have ever had. I love this church family like my own.

I am the proud, loving husband to Jeanine, father to Elizabeth, Jordynn, her husband Taylor, and grandpa to Link! I am crazy about Jesus, The Church, and The Word of God!

1 Peter 2:21 is a life verse for me that says, “For God called you to do good, even if it means suffering, just as Christ suffered for you. He is your example, and you must follow in His steps.”  My passion is for the church to be a family that makes biblical disciples who are disciple-makers.
