Small Groups

Wildwood Baptist Church seeks to place all members into Small groups. This is not only what God asks us to do. It is also our way to connect people who attend on Sundays with others in the congregation.

Small groups offer the environment for people to grow in their relationship with God alongside like-minded others. At the same time, they are caring for each individual and their families on a deeper level.

Currently, we offer four small groups:

  • Sunday at 6 p.m. at Wildwood in the sanctuary, Cary & Teresa Hatcher host a group
  • For our college-age/young adults, please call 417-623-6466 to find out where they are currently meeting or check out our Facebook page
  • Youth Minister Steve & Tracy Snyder host a group every other Sunday at 5:30 p.m. North of Joplin in Purcell.
  • On Tuesday at 6 p.m., David & Sarah Oswald offer a group inside their home in Diamond, Mo.

Trunk or Treat Candy Donation

Trunk or Treat candy donations or monetary donations are needed. Starting October 1st, there will be a box for candy donations in the lobby. We will be collecting candy up till October 29th. If you would like to offer monetary assistance instead (we will need to purchase a few items), you can place your donation in an offering envelope, mark the envelope with what the gift is for (i.e., Trunk or Treat), and put it in the offering box on the wall.
